Currently, no comment lines for the activities on the wizard can create. This is only possible when the wizard has finished. You can in the classic client, however, to even while you are in the activity Wizard enter the comment lines. You can re-enable this functionality very easy in the RTC.
It is known that in NAV 2009 SP1 there is no Segment Wizard page for RTC.
