I know that everyone whole-heartedly agrees that having a well-defined ERP implementation scope statement is strategic to success. However, there are few articles or other resources that provide detailed guidance on building scope statements.
A requirements management plan describes how requirements will be managed throughout a project lifecycle. It ensures that the project schedule and budget are not compromised by unauthorized requirement changes and it ensures that all requirements are delivered as planned.
Voor het woord “scope” bestaat geen adequaat Nederlandstalig equivalent. Vertalingen als “bereik” of “reikwijdte” dekken de lading onvoldoende. Dit is dan ook de reden dat het woord “scope” in het projectenwerk algemeen gangbaar is geworden.
