Dynamics 365 Business Central: How to view Outstanding Order Lines and Posted Invoice Lines (No Customization)

Today I would like to discuss how to view Outstanding Order Lines and Invoices Order Lines in Business Central. For example, sales lines and posted sales invoice lines.

As you know, when you create a new sales order in BC, you first enter header information and then lines, which is a one-to-many relationship.

Add Order Lines to Navigation Pane

From time to time I run into situations where users want to view a filtered list of order lines; it could for example be a list of shipped not invoiced items or a shipping queue showing outstanding items to ship. Most of the menu items in Microsoft Dynamics NAV refer to the order headers and not the lines, but adding a page to the navigation pane that shows the order lines can be done by the users themselves with a few simple tricks without having to modify any objects.

Understanding Concurrent Capacities on Microsoft Dynamics NAV Routing Lines

There is a field in the Dynamics NAV Routing Line named Concurrent Capacities. The question is, “What is it used for?” I have set up a simple example to illustrate the use of this field.
