Today, April 10, 2012, is the date that Microsoft officially ends mainstream support for Dynamics NAV 5.0 (all builds, including SP1). Extended support, however, will be available through 4/11/2017.
Dynamics NAV 2009 contains a new subsystem for dealing with Web Services. This feature has been well received by partners and customers alike. Partners have expressed interest in having web services available for earlier versions of Dynamics NAV.
